If a visitor types a name, birth date, or other value into a sponsored search tool, the request is sent to the third-party provider operating that tool. We do not keep a local log of those search terms on our own system.

If a visitor sends an email or other message, we retain the message as needed to read and answer it. We do not disclose it outside the organization unless a legal duty requires disclosure.

No Noble County Warrant Database Here
This site does not host, compile, sell, or maintain a database of Noble County warrant identities or case files. It explains where the Court Clerk, Sheriff, municipal courts, and other official offices keep records. The Oklahoma Open Records Act governs public requests to government custodians; it does not turn this private site into the court or Sheriff system.
We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports about other people.
Outside Search Providers
Search widgets are operated by third parties. Values entered there are handled under the partner's privacy policy and retention practices, not this policy. Review the partner terms before sending personal information. The partner result is not an official court or Sheriff status check.

Pages link to the Noble County Court portal, the Court Clerk and County Clerk, the Noble County Sheriff, Oklahoma courts and statutes, municipal offices, and other sources. Once a visitor follows a link, the destination's privacy policy and security practices apply.
Advertising partners may track activity across sites through their own systems. We do not control that activity.
